


Sathya is aghast to hear this and demurs. She then asks Sathya to promise that she will forget the existence of her sister. Later, Sathya's mother apologises to her for the way she treated her and denied her existence in the past. To save the family's reputation and pacify his father, Prabhu has no choice but to marry Sathya instead. Her grandmother says that it is now up to Sathya to save the family's honour and reputation by marrying Prabhu. She is not convinced that Divya wrote this letter. She says she cannot marry Prabhu because Divya wanted to marry him. Similarly, Sathya speaks privately with her mother and grandmother. But he caves in when his dad gets emotional.

Prabhu initially resists, saying that he does not see Sathya that way. The elders compel Sathya and Prabhu to get married instead. Everyone is shocked to know that Divya has a younger sister and a bigger shock is that she is Sathya. Then Divya's grandmother confesses that the jadhagam they gave belonged to her younger sister. Guruji declares that his reading of the Jadhagam is not wrong. The letter is discovered the next day when Prabhu is sitting at the mandapam. On wedding day things take a tumultuous turn when Divya's ex-boyfriend abducts her and plants a note, stating that she has run off on her own. Divya who dumps her ex-boyfriend, Bala for him on learning of his riches. She is only marrying Prabhu for his money. Sathya is also unaware of her sister's doings and how she has been deceiving Prabhu. To top it all, she has promised Prabhu that she will be with him until he is married. Sathya is heartbroken to know that the love of her life is going to marry her own sister. Of course, he is still not aware of the fact that Divya is Sathya's sister even after he spots Sathya's father's photo in the house. Sathya finds out that it is actually her own sister, Divya, who is going to marry Prabhu. After treating her like a friend for over a year, Prabhu confesses the truth to her. Prabhu decides to tell Sathya the truth about his feelings but faces obstacles all the time. Things become complicated as the wedding date inches closer and Prabhu faces the pressure of telling Sathya the truth. However, he does want to tell her that he is already engaged to someone else and that girl is Sathya's own sister, Divya. Because Sathya is still recovering from a head injury, Prabhu leads her on and does not tell her the truth to protect her. Sathya is in love with Prabhu, who only thinks of her as a best friend but lies about being in love with her to not hurt her feelings. Under unforeseen circumstances, she bumps across Prabhu, a rich man who often falls victim to her antics. Sathya owns her beloved late father's mechanic shed, from whom she also inherited her tomboyish nature and hangs around with her male friends. She lives with her mother, grandmother and her money-minded elder sister Divya. Sathya is a brave tomboy, who enjoys her life as it comes.
